These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoRe Indigo Properties website and your engagement with CoRe Indigo Properties, a division of TSE Group (“CoRe Indigo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, submitting a consultation request, or entering into any service engagement with CoRe Indigo Properties, you (“you” or “the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or engage our services.

CoRe Indigo Properties provides property management, concierge property services, tenant placement, landlord vetting, diaspora investment advisory, construction coordination, and related professional services in the Republic of Kenya, with administrative and advisory support from our United States operational headquarters.

The specific scope and terms of any service engagement are determined in a formal Service Agreement executed between CoRe Indigo Properties and the Client following the initial consultation. The existence of these Terms does not constitute a service agreement and does not guarantee the availability of any specific service to any particular client.

CoRe Indigo Properties does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or investment advice. Any information shared on this website or in consultation is general in nature and does not constitute professional advice in those fields. You are strongly encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making any property, financial, or legal decision.

Fee: The initial consultation fee is USD $297 (the “Consultation Fee”).

Non-refundable: The Consultation Fee is strictly non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and the consultation has been scheduled. Payment of the Consultation Fee confirms your position and secures your consultation appointment.

Application toward engagement: The Consultation Fee is applied toward the cost of any subsequent CoRe Indigo service engagement entered into within 90 days of the consultation date. It is not applied toward engagements entered into more than 90 days after the consultation unless agreed in writing by CoRe Indigo.

No guarantee of ongoing engagement: Payment of the Consultation Fee and attendance at a consultation do not guarantee that CoRe Indigo will enter into any further service agreement with you. CoRe Indigo retains absolute discretion to decline any engagement where its compliance, vetting, or quality standards are not met.

Rescheduling: Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Appointments cancelled or missed without 48 hours’ notice are forfeited without refund or credit.

All clients and prospective clients of CoRe Indigo Properties are subject to mandatory identity verification and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in accordance with our obligations under the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act (POCAMLA) 2009, the AML/CFT Amendment Act 2025, and applicable US law including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

By engaging CoRe Indigo Properties, you consent to the collection, verification, and processing of your personal and financial information as required for compliance purposes. We reserve the right to decline any engagement where satisfactory CDD cannot be completed or where compliance concerns arise.

You represent and warrant that all information provided to CoRe Indigo Properties is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of engagement and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to CoRe Indigo Properties in respect of the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

CoRe Indigo Properties introduces clients to vetted third-party professionals including advocates, engineers, contractors, and vendors as part of our concierge service. While we apply rigorous vetting standards to our network, CoRe Indigo Properties is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, or professional conduct of third-party professionals introduced to you. Any contract entered into with a third-party professional is between you and that professional directly, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written Service Agreement.

All information shared by CoRe Indigo Properties with you in the course of a consultation or service engagement — including details of our vetted professional network, our processes, our pricing structures, and our proprietary systems — is strictly confidential. You may not disclose, reproduce, or share such information with any third party without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, with reference to United States law for matters specifically arising from TSE Group’s US operations. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any engagement with CoRe Indigo Properties shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation in Nairobi, Kenya under the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) rules. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the same rules.

CoRe Indigo Properties reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or engagement with our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Clients with active service agreements will be notified of material changes in writing.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any executed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoRe Indigo Properties regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal.
